Check matching emails or phone numbers within this CSV and across the shared lead history. New leads are registered for future uploads. Rows without either identifier are retained but marked unchecked. Similar names alone are never automatically removed.
Processing registers this upload permanently for matching and locks its column mapping. Original source rows are never deleted.

Teach a similarity model
For lists of 1,000 rows or fewer. Label at least 10 different matching pairs and 10 different distinct pairs. Choose varied, representative examples; training can take several minutes.
Review results
Run a check to see candidate duplicates.
Review every group before making changes elsewhere. Fuzzy scores are model confidence, not calibrated probabilities. Export contains only grouped rows and escapes spreadsheet formula prefixes.
